ffi Leslie Ruffing of Gaffney was among more than 1,800 students at Wake Forest University who were named to the Dean’s List for the 2011 fall semester. ffi CHARLESTON – The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, honored two Gaffney cadets for academic excellence during the fall semester of the 2011-2012 academic year.

Dean’s List recognition is given to those students registered for 12 or more semester hours whose grade point ratio is 3.2 or higher with no gradebelowaCforthe previous semester’s work.

Named to the Dean’s List were Timothy Denard Smith Jr. , a Civil Engineering major, and James Matthew Belue, a Criminal Justice major.

Wafford was one of 575 students to graduate from Armstrong at the Winter 2011 Commencement on December 10, 2011.
