Jessica Nicole Osment and John Carlton Carroll Jessica Nicole Osment and John Carlton Carroll, both of Gaffney, are planning an April wedding at Temple Baptist Church.

Miss Osment is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alan Clyde of Gaffney and Mr. Osment of Virginia. Her grandparents are Shirley Sands, Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Osment, the Rev. Dewitt Clyde, all of Gaffney, and the late Joe Sands. A 2010 graduate of Gaffney High School, she is currently studying nursing at Spartanburg Community College.

Mr. Carroll is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Wendell Carroll of Gaffney and grandson of Mr. and Mrs. James Hughey of Blacksburg. A 2007 graduate of Blacksburg High School, he is employed by Suminoe and serves in the Air Force National Guard.
